"The hotel is new, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, responsive and helpful. Convenient shop locations. It was perfect for what we needed. One difficulty is parking since no lot is connected to the hotel, and there is no real drop off area designated for the hotel. They charge $47 per night if you need to park a vehicle. They do have a small driveway area where they allow guest drop off and pick for about 20 minutes. "

"This is a good place to stay for just setting up a base camp to adventure throughout parts of California. Pool was not the greatest. The staff was friendly but did not provide all the information needed for our stay. A prime example would be that there is additional parking across the street. We did not discover that until day 3 of our trip. Cafe in the hotel was really good. "

"Don’t bother. First off, the listing conveniently fails to mention that this is a shared living space, meaning your privacy is practically nonexistent. The kitchen, dining area, and lounge are all shared with random guests, and despite having a stove, you can’t even use it. The only thing available is the fridge. The entire place is cramped as hell, so you WILL hear every conversation, every footstep, every wall creak, and every movement from other guests. You’ll also smell everything. When we...

We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. The location is ideal for koreatown where I frequently kpop shop hop. Everything is walking distance and the plaza across the street has exceptional food options and an HMart. "I would rate this property a solid C+. It is fine. For where it is located (Beverly Hills adjacent), it's quite inexpensivce - just over $200 per night. Parking was a very reasonable $10 in their underground parking which was great. The rooms are small and not well appointed. There is vinyl plank flooring on the floors and walls of the bedroom and tile flooring on the floors and walls of the bathroom. It's clean which is nice, but not super cozy.
