"It was pretty decent for a one day stay, the staff are very polite. It’s just the room doesn’t really match the photos, the wallpaper is deteriorating and the bathtub floor was chipping away around the drain. The towels had some little stains on them as well. The TV didn’t work at all it was just one channel called “fire place” channel and I tried to change the channel or try other apps on there like Netflix and Disney plus but everytime I did it’s like the remote died on me and wouldn’t respond...

"Me and my family stayed at The Ritz in downtown LA for our son’s volleyball tournament. The beds are extremely comfortable. We loved how convenient it was to walk to the convention center. We felt safe in the location. We used the pool and it was at the perfect temp. We will definitely recommend staying here for comfort and indulgence. "

"The property itself was great. The staff was so nice and welcoming. The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were so comfy. The breakfast needed to have a few more options in my opinion. And, unfortunately, the area surrounding the hotel was very dirty and unsafe. There were so many unhoused people living on the sidewalks right outside of the hotel. It also wasn't easy to find places to eat in the area. "

"Look. This is NOT the Hyatt in downtown or anything bougie. It was nice and super convenient. And thats all I needed. Stayed here with my daughter and not once did we feel unsafe. Its a little outdated but thays fine. It was clean and super quiet. Definitely my choice from here on out."
