"Good location. Safe. I stayed in an Accessible Room and the room was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. The room itself was clean when I arrived and staff cleaned it everyday which is nice since nowadays other properties only clean every other day or upon request. New towels everyday. I was impressed. "The hotel room was clean, but the bathroom and rest of the room were somewhat run down. The carpet in the hallway was very worn and a lot of the public areas were fairly run down as well. The rooms were across a breezeway from the lobby, and it was a little unsettling to walk between them alone at night. I was impressed with the security around the entrance and parking area at night. "Stayed for a quick 1 night. Rooms were clean and spacey. Parking is a little tight, they did make us park in a lot across the street but it did have security. The neighbor isn't the greatest but the hotel was nice. I would stay again."

"This hotel is located in an EXTREMELY unsafe area. Security guards on every corner, people bent over from Fentanyl, homeless everywhere. I had to call 911 for a man bleeding heavily on the sidewalk. I saw this all during the day."

"Phenomenal new boutique hotel in a great location. The entire team is welcoming and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. Beautifully designed property all around - room was spacious, clean and comfortable with great views. Nice to relax on the rooftop with a cocktail in the evening. Overall experience reminded me of some 5-star boutique properties I’ve stayed at in Europe. A real gem. Looking forward to coming back!"

"Good location, clean room friendly staff and easy parking would book again"

"Housekeepers got upset when we questioned hair on bed and in the bathroom. Long strands of hair were found all over the toilet and the housekeepers were acting as if we were dramatic that OTHER hair was all over the bathroom. The bed had little and long hairs all over the blankets. When looking up at ceilings, dust all over. We complained and got a second room, which ended up not being cleaned at all from the previous guests. Had to settle for the 3rd room given to us. The clerk was useful...

"We waited 1 hour for check-in. Although we’re early and check-in was at 2 pm but still no one was there to even open the gate. Room was dirty and AC remote was missing. Owner didn’t provide basic amenities like shower gel and shampoo."

"Overall, a pretty good place to stay closer to main Korean restaurants or downtown LA for a quick tour. It was a little bit confusing to find the parking at the front door. Other than that, the parking seems to be ok safe, given it was hard to figure out the parking entrance. Rooms were clean with comfy cotton beds. The hotel definitely was on the older side with the furnitures or amenities inside. The central heat or AC was working good with no noises. Good for family stays"

"We live out side of L.A. so when we come in to a show or concert we stay in a hotel. This hotel fit that bill perfect. It was within walking distance to our destination and we loved the food in the hotel. We will stay here again for sure the next time we need a hotel in L. A. for an overnight visit."
