"Forgive me if I am wrong on this, but I think I read somewhere that there is always coffee and tea in the lobby. The lobby, however, isn't always open. On the flip side, the staff was VERY responsive when I locked myself out of my room. Even though I awoke the staff person, they made a new entry card, and gave it to me with a smile!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Cottage Inn by the Sea. The location was excellent, and the property was peaceful and quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. While it's a short walk to restaurants and shops, we actually preferred being a little away from the busy areas. The bluff location is beautiful, especially at sunset. The ocean views are stunning and were one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing place to stay, and we would definitely consider coming back."

"Great location! Very convenient parking and beach access. We booked two rooms; the suite was clean and ready when we arrived, but the double queen room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour to get inside. The queen room also was on the third floor but the elevator was broken. Luckily we were able to navigate those stairs multiple times a day but it would be very inconvenient or even impossible for elderly, young children, or someone with a health condition. The queen room bathroom also was not very clean, and we had to fight with the AC all night. The ocean view from the queen room balcony however was beautiful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again and choose the suite as it was in much better condition and more accessible."
