Friendly family run accommodations with comfortable rooms. I had a light supper and a generous glass of wine, then spoke for awhile with the proprietor. It’s well located with lots to do in the general area.

Really nice accommodation for a great price. Room with King size bed, mini fridge with small kitchenette, bathroom, and shower. The place was very clean. Nice breakfast area as well. Price was excellent. I would definately stay there again.

William did everything very well, from cooking mahi, mahi to giving us tips for our stay in Costa Rica. The view from the room on the second floor with covered balcony was excellent. We hope to return to Ruta Verde in the future.

Our host was really kind and helpfull. The interior of the rooms seemed a little bit old, but everything was clean. Nice place to spend your first day in Costa Rica because it is close to the airport. Dinner and breakfast are homemade and very tasty!

I loved everything about this property and our stay here. We only got to stay one night, but would highly recommend it if you’re in the San Jose area. The owner, William and his wife and their daughter did an amazing job taking care of everything we needed. William, especially was able to help us set up travel to the airport so that we were at the airport on time.

There was nothing not to love about this property. It was beautiful, had a convenient option for breakfast and dinner, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The host, William, was an excellent resource for fun things to do (he also makes the most delicious meals). He was very accommodating and friendly, and we can't wait until our next visit.
