"Our stay was okay overall. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever we needed anything, which we really appreciated. The room could have been cleaner, though. There were some areas that needed attention, such as the walls near the toilet, the floors needing to be swept and mopped, and the sink was clogged. With a little more focus on cleanliness and maintenance, this would have been a much better experience. The staff’s kindness was definitely the highlight of our stay."

"For how expensive it is, I was extremely disappointed in the pool and outdated rooms. The pools were not maintained when we went, the bar was closed when it said was open from 11a-5p. Beautiful landscaping & gardens surrounding the golf course though. Looks like an amazing place to have an event, but didn’t give me the resort-style ambiance I was looking for (that’s just my opinion)."

"Stayed there for 2 nights and it was ok for the price. Bathroom the si k was clogged and the tub. Once repotted were able to fix in a timely manner. No ice maker on your floor and went to the floor where there is the only ice maker in the entire hotel and it was broken🙁Fire alarm went off and all the staff kind ignored. While some guest didn’t know what to do. Will not stay there again"

"We planned a last-minute staycation here. We live locally and didn’t realize how nice this hotel was. We’ve been here before to eat at one of the restaurants onsite but it’s our first time staying at the hotel. The room we got was clean and spacious (we stayed in a Premier Pool Studio room). Our room had a king bed and a couch that had a pullout. My kids loved the room. The amenities were great for our family. We spent most of our time in the pools. "Helpful staff in a very nice place. The rooms were absolutely huge, clean and tidy. Only stayed there for one night but the rates were great on Expedia. It's located in a swanky area of Ramona, California and I was pleased to see how easy check-in was and how helpful the staff was. Would certainly stay there again."
