"The pool was great with lots of seating and a little bar where you could order snacks and drinks. Breakfast omelette was huge, I’m glad we decided to share it before we saw it! The room seemed clean but had a slight odour of mildew, so updates are definitely needed. They were also great letting us into our room early as it was ready. "

"I liked that it was easy to access off the fwy & that it was close to a lot of attractions. What I didn't like was that we were in the middle of a busy part of the city & lighting in the bathroom was dim. It was a very nice & modern bathroom, but if you're used to putting on your makeup & doing your hair in the bathroom, I hope you have good eyesight."

"Make sure to check your reservation. You pay a parking fee per night to park your car there and then my towels in the room were stained. There could be some improvements inside the rooms but the grounds themselves were beautiful! The staff was helpful and the best part was the location! "This doesn’t deserve the one star I gave it. This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The window was broken and fell out the FRONT door wouldn’t lock and we were told sorry maintenance left. The lights were out so the stairs were quite literally pitch black. The shower filled to your calves with water…it was almost funny. They don’t return emails or calls. Horrible negative a million stars."

"We have stayed at the Bay Club multiple times over the last 40 years. They have renovated obviously but could probably use another refresh; however, the staff is terrific, the location can’t be beat and we will definitely stay again! Walking distance to three great coffee shops, as well as some terrific dinner options, next door to Humphreys and some fun outdoor concerts enjoyed for free if you’re on the marina side, and some great views from the outdoor dining area where we enjoyed a happy hour...
