"First of all, the staff were fantastic. However, we were deeply disappointed with the state of our room. It reeked of mold, the carpet was damp and the light near the bathroom flickered when on. The air conditioner was super loud and only operated at one speed. Wi-do was spotty at best. We had a first floor room near the pool and random people kept sitting on our patio furniture. There’s no way you could keep the curtain open, however, the lighting was so terrible that you needed the curtains...

"Family hotel, free breakfast. Motel right by the freeway. Very loud traffic noise, hard to filter out, especiallyat night. Breakfast was good, lots of families so it was a little crazy in the morning. Most inside tables to sit and eat were full but able to go outside and enjoy the beautiful weather while enjoying breakfast. Bunkbed option was nice to have with a family of four, they were very squeaky, it was nice to have the extra room."

"Staff was great. I asked about late checkout and they were able to accommodate me for a fee of $35. Once in the room, upon entering there was no entrance light. That entire wall had zero electricity. In the bathroom I saw a couple ants. Not a lot but a handful and that made feel as if the room is not properly cleaned. Overall, I was not happy with the room but their staff had great customer service. Overall 6/10."
