When choosing this room based off reviews, foe a family trip (2 adults and 2 children) I realized people were very generous with their reviews!!! The grounds are beautiful, and there is a nice pergola with some tables and chairs that make for eating outside enjoyable. The pool is small and is "heated" There was garbage under one of our beds upon arrival, and we were told at checkin that they do NOT have daily housekeeping, so if you need more towels to call the front desk. I called the front desk on day 2 and asked for more towels. I was told there was only 1 person working and I needed to go get them myself. The TV channel selection is beyond less than par (all news channels minus 5 stations to include the weather channel) Breakfast was decent but is only till 0830 during weekdays. We had a 2 bedroom suite on the 4th floor. Minimal noise inside, but there is a gas station with a SUPER LOUD car wash running 24/7 in the adjacent parking lot. Not a fan favorite, and will not stay again due to the inconveniences.
