"My stay here is for meetings with customers. It is a good hotel to put up as it is convenient for customers to park right in front of the hotel. I am a World of Hyatt member, and it gives me a discount of 50% on meals when I am staying there. So, this is also cost saving for my company and the convenience."

"Room was good. Clean. The only downside of it was the extremely expensive parking charges. Normally any hotel we stayed in Peninsular the parking is under the hotel. We only need to bring the parking ticket to the Reception counter for validation upon check out, 0 charges. For the price of RM300 Plus a nite without breakfast is ok but at least don't make the customer pay for the parking. We rent Axia for our 9 days trip in Sabah with minimal petrol consumption of around RM57 only. But stayed 2 nites in your hotel we had to pay RM47 for parking only. It's crazy to be frank. "

"Everything is fine, except I repeatedly couldn't get any WiFi connections for my laptop. As a result, I couldn't proceed to complete my work. The friendly receptionist was trying his best to help but to no avail. Hope the hotel management will look into the problem and strive to provide a better WiFi service for all potential guests."
