"Big spacious room, pool, lovely garden. "

"For the price I paid I was expecting a small room. The room size is big. Clean and comfy room. Walking distance to the bus terminal"

"The hotel room was simply outstanding! Plenty of room, comfortable bed and TONS of lighting options. The restaurant and rooftop bar, however were closed and looked to have been closed for a very long time. There was a restaurant on the ground floor that served a buffet breakfast. If the ground floor restaurant is made permanent or semi-permanent I would recommend drapes to draw diner’s attention inward. The view of the shopping center and dogs was lackluster."

"I would say to everyone look beyond the bad reviews, the staff are very helpfull friendly and will do their best to facilitatee your reequests. The facility has changed since some of the bad reviews in that there is piwer during the day unless generator being topped up. The snorkling around the facilty is good and even better when the turtles pass daily. The food is good and varied over the 4 nights we stayed. This is not a 5 star resort so dont look for that level of comfort, but it is a good...

"Clean and near to Jetty.. variety restaurant. Good place to stay"

"The airport transport was nearly one hour late... There instruction was to send me the license plate with no further comments. Another guy at the airport explained it to me and looked for my taxi. (the driver didn't get out of the car and helped me at all) At the hotel the gave me a rm which I couldn't log the door, due to the fact I was the only guest, I felt safe. In the evening the following day I recognized that somebody stole my money. The owner didn't care at all and wanted me to pay the...

"Nice and clean. "

"It was spacious and clean, great little balcony as well to overview of the seaside. Just too bad the noise was a bit loud from the bar till midnight, otherwise its great for staying. "

"Very friendly staff, fantastic service, clean and simple room, especially thanks to the rooftop staff, being very helpful and friendly, we had a really good time staying in here."

"Clean, new and spacious hotel, also provide free shuttle services to all jetties. The buffet breakfast was great. One of the best hotel at Semporna I reckon "

"Good ocean views with plenty of restaurants around. "

"It is suitable for 1-2 days before or after the islands"

"The room was very small and the bathroom was not what I would class as a proper bathroom. Saying that for the one night it was clean and comfortable enough. We had to be up early but if you want a sleep-in, don’t stay here as the mosque speakers are less than 50m away and prayer started loudly at 4.45am and continues for 45 minutes. For a non Muslim it wasn’t great. If you’re a diver and transiting early to Mabul or somewhere else, then it is ok. If you’re looking for somewhere for a few days...

"fit for purpose as an inn. no carpark provided."

"Review for semporna Summary: Horrible condition. Dirty, not organized and disgusting. We walked in, the fridge, the rice cooker and rubbish bins were not clean, in fact there were food left in them and has mold all over, inside the fridge, on the dishes etc. Couldn’t unsee all the disgusting leftovers left in the fridge and kitchen. The kitchen not to mention was disgusting. Coffee stain on the kitchen top, table, cabinet, it was sticky, brown and just disgusting. Then the floor, bathroom...
