"The surroundings are lovely, the room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. It wasn’t the weather for the pool so didn’t swim but I imagine it to be perfect on a hot day. One of the most relaxing stays I’ve had anywhere with kind friendly staff and delicious well priced food. "One word. "WOW". A place that was worth traveling to. I could spend a week in the hotel just sipping coffee and admiring the view. This was one of the rare instance that the photos in the listing could not live up to reality. It was just lovely. The spread of the breakfast was amazing and the staff made our stay a memorable one. "This place is beautiful, the view, the pool, all excellent! The food and drinks were great and the staff were so helpful at arranging rides into town or any excursion we wanted! There were a few bugs in the room that the kids didn’t like, but that was likely our fault having a little bit of snacks in the room. "

"An incredibly beautiful hotel overlooking the Sapa mountains but close to the town centre meaning dinner and bars are within walking distance - we got an incredible deal on an Executive Suite which meant we had a huge balcony and beautiful uninterrupted views. The hotel is clean with fantastic facilities, staff could not do more for us including booking an ethnic village tour and allowing us to use their spa facilities for no charge ahead of our sleeper bus upon our departure. Highly recommend!"
