Convenient and good hotel

Convenient and good hotel just opposite the market. Nice and quiet. Offering all kinds of spa treatments. Roughly located 15min from Sun Plaza. Room had both shower and bath tub.

We arrived at 11pm from Hanoi and a staff was ready to help us with our luggages and checked us right in. The rooms were so clean, as were the bathrooms. When we woke up the next morning, we were pleased to see that our balcony was facing the mountains. It was gorgeous. We had a slight issue with the sliding door which got stuck but the staff were prompt to rectify the issue and it was fixed in no time. Communication was not a problem. The front desk staff spoke good English. The hotel faces a market and night market and is walkable to the city centre if you feel adventurous. Quite a distance to walk to halal restaurants but grab car/taxi is readily available. Loved our stay there. It exceeded all expectations! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

The good point of this hotel is the proximity to the bus station and the Sapa market. The staff speaks English and some Mandarin, has been friendly and helpful. Sadly the good point is also the bad point. The close proximity to the market and the bus station means that there will be some noise in early morning and late night.

The location is very good walking distance to main bus station. Also easily walkable to major historical attractions. Room is big & clean, decorations and furnitures are all boutiques in good taste and unique style. The weekend breakfast was amazing as compare to weekday, mix of western and local VN delights. The staffs all with smiles and helpful.
