Great staff. Very accommodating and helped with everything. Rooms were nice and clean breakfast was good. Hotel is centrally located next to downtown and restaurants. I definitely recommend this property
The location was very close to the lake and walking distance to the lake! The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious for the price value. I would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Sapa.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived in Sapa early and they let us store our luggage there before check in. Location was walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
All of the staff are very approachable, attentive and considerate to making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. They made my stay memorable and I will stay at the hotel again when in Sapa.
We stayed at Stella de Boutique Hotel for two nights with friends. We truly enjoyed our stay. The couple who own the hotel are truly some of the most wonderful people I’ve met in Vietnam. They are incredibly kind, always helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to assist with anything you need. The hotel itself is spotless, and the breakfast buffet is absolutely excellent. A truly lovely place to stay.
Our stay was amazing! The staff at Stella was attentive and kind. The rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.
If and when we come back to Sapa we will definitely stay here again.

The staff is absolutely amazing! Every last one of the staff was so attentive and accommodating. The room was spacious and held 3 adults and 1 child (child was bigger than all the adults) comfortably. Breakfast was delicious. I would come back to this hotel anytime I’m back in Sapa! I highly recommend this property!
Room very clean. Spacious. Comfortable. 2 big double beds.
Owners/managers very coureous and helpful.
All staff polite, efficient & professional.
Lots of clean towels.
Breakfast was good in a nice setting with views.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Internet was good. Hot Shower. Clean room and communal spaces. Location is excellent for exploring SaPa and the surrounding area.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent staff. Martin went way beyond expectations and was very helpful with suggestions for dining and sightseeing. Even after we left for Hanoi he contacted us to warn about possible heavy rain and flooding. I highly recommend this great hotel.
I really appreciate the help from the staff. We arrived early in the morning after an overnight train with a sick traveler. Our room wasn’t ready but they let our sick traveler rest for the day in one of their basic rooms reserved for sick travelers. The location is just what we wanted, in a quieter part of town that’s easily walkable to the more crowded areas. We found a great coffee bar just down the street as well as a local grocery store to get supplies and a selection of lovely candies and treats. Sapa is so humid that it was hard to dry anything in the wet bathroom, but the room was spotless and the front desk spoke great English. They were very helpful and understanding throughout our stay. The breakfast was fabulous and the buffet room was sunny and bright. For the price range of this hotel, it was a great value.
Duy (the owner and manager) is an exceptionally attentive, hospitable, and kind person. We met his wife, who is an equally lovely person. Duy is committed to the redevelopment and expansion of his family’s hotel, which he recently came under ownership of. He has worked extensively in hospitality services in the USA, and is dead set on bringing his knowledge and enthusiasm for making visitors feel at home no matter their location. He allowed us early access into our room when we arrive quite early on the sleeper bus. After we checked out and went on a long hike in Sa Pa, we returned to get our luggage, Duy offered a hot shower and to launder our clothes before we left.
The hotel is great, it’s in a great location, and Sa Pa is a lovely city. However the reason to stay in this hotel is to support someone like Duy, who represents the best of Vietnam, and has a great vision for the future.
