"I wish there was 6 stars for SPECTACULAR ! This hotel would be 6 stars . From the moment you walk in the doors the reception staff were so welcoming and friendly . They showed us where everything was and then to the lift . We had run 314 on the top floor and it had a wonderful balcony overlooking the gardens and Terrace and we had a great view of the Eiffel Tower . All the photographs I took didn’t do it justice as the Eiffel Tower was very close but didn’t look at in my photographs. The

The WiFi and chromecast in our room did not work properly and after sharing this with the front desk, I expected a speedy solution, given this is a 5-star property. No help or change was rendered. Seemingly the message was lost from front desk clerk to management. 5-star hotel in Paris, I’d expect more."
