First time at a CitizenM - what a great concept. Just what we needed in a hotel room - nothing more, nothing less. Lounge/communal area was terrific. Staff was extremely friendly and professional - most importantly, they all acted like they actually liked working there! Highly recommended.

Tea; simple hot water, was charged excessively at the hotel. Honestly, this should be a courtesy drink. Overall, very clean, comfy hotel & atmosphere, but would not stay here again, as simple pleasures (like free tea or free regular coffee) would have been a nice perk. Also. Rooms are tiny and our in room safe was broken. We just carried everything with us :(
