"The hotel is conveniently located near Roma Termini, right next to the DoubleTree by Hilton. It offers easy access to the main shopping strip and major attractions and churches. The business hotel is well-run, with professional staff who are very accommodating. Our room was spacious and well-designed, equipped with all the modern amenities. The housekeeping team did a decent job keeping our room clean and replenishing the toiletries. However, our tissue box was empty on the second day, and the front desk couldnโt help us get another one. Coffee and tea were available in the room and were refreshed daily. Just a short walk away is the Castoro Supermarket, conveniently located next to the UPIM clothing store. Itโs the best place to grab water and essentials. There were two minor issues. First, the garbage trucks made noise at 3 a.m. every morning. Second, the towel heater in our room didnโt work. Overall, Iโd book this hotel again without hesitation. If youโre a light sleeper like me, you might want to ask for a quieter room elsewhere."

"Clean and spacious room. Nice clean modern bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and lots of choice of fresh produce. If you familiarise yourself woth the Metro then the hotel is very convenient for Cipro station and only a short walk. We would definitely stay again"

"I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. The location is perfect for site seeing with lots of walkable attractions near by or easy transit available. All the amenities were very clean. The lounge was spacious and comfortable and the hotel itself had beautiful and interesting decor. The check-in process was very easy and the staff were super helpful. Our family room was very spacious for our family of 4 and the beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast had hot and cold options with lots of fresh fruit and drinks available. We had a pleasant experience at Hotel Napoleon and would recommend it to family and friends."

"If I could have rated them a 4.5, instead of a 4, I feel that it would be more appropriate. We stayed at this hotel after a transatlantic flight, and as a stop over prior to taking a cruise. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to Roma Termini, and the fact that the rooms had AC. Check-in was quick and efficient. We were given a room on the 2nd floor, and had a welcome bottle of wine and water,, a nice touch. There was a learning curve for the lights and AC. Our room was set to 23, and we couldnโt adjust it. A quick call down to the front desk, and it was dropped to 20. Shortly after that I realized that I needed to put my key in the slot by the door, and then I was able to control the AC and all the lights. Some reviews mentioned being able to hear a lot of street noise. I could only hear outside noise from the bathroom. The bedroom was quiet. Our only complaint was that we had requested an extra pillow from the front desk prior to going out for dinner, but never received it. The bed was a little firm for my liking, but I understand some people like firm mattresses. On the whole, this place was perfect for our needs. A five minute walk (with luggage) from Roma Termini, a clean air conditioned hotel, in an area that I felt safe in. Weโre booked again post cruise, prior to flying home, and am looking forward to the stay."

"Very helpful and pleasant staff. This hotel has an on-site restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast included with the hotel booking was very good. We had dinner here two nights, and all four of us loved our meals. The outdoor seating area was very pleasant. The hotel is a little bit of a hike from the center of Rome, but their shuttle service was good. We would return to this hotel if back in Rome."

"Pretty sick place. Next to bad area overrun with immigrants but if u donโt walk there u ok. Use taxi to center. Uber is overcharging. Use scooters if you wanna feel young again. Cheap and so much fun."
