"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel and the suite were very clean. The suite itself and the bathroom are spacious. Surrounding area is safe and is the best for Asian food and K-pop lovers with many good restaurants offering authentic food and gift stores. The location is so great that we enjoyed walking along the street and explored restaurants and gifts stores daily. "I stayed here for a work trip and I think it was pretty great. The common areas were clean, the host responded in some occasions. They communicated well with check in and check out. I do have some concerns, I brought up some safety concerns I had concerning one of the other guests and my safety. This guest was up at random hours of the night and I reached out to the host with no response from them. I had to reach out to the housekeeping who reassured me that all cameras do work in case...

"Very nice hotel. The room is beautiful, beds are comfy and clean. The overall decor was very high-end. The staff was very friendly and helpful mostly. The daily amenity fee has no value however; you get glass bottled water which is nice and records and record player in the room - not worth $29 (there's no pool or complimentary food just the bottled water in the room and lemon water in the lobby during the day). "Hi Chicago has comfortable beds, nice en-suite shower and toilet. Lots of extra toilets on 2nd floor but had to find them myself. Laundry also had difficulty, one floor could use coins, other floor couldn’t (change machine there though). Check in was a little rough, not much info given, But young male at reception very helpful, brought ID card up to room. Great location though for museums and lake activities!"

"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...

"When I arrived at the property the staff was so welcoming and kind which made my check in process very pleasant and efficient. When i entered my room was it was clean and due to the weather at a very tolerable chill room temp. I enjoyed my stay and I will return soon."
