"Beautiful hotel. The kids LOVED the waterpark, the breakfast was delicious. We were there over college spring break and it was still quiet in our room despite the chaos happening around. Thank you for making our trip extra special! "

"Wake up at 10pm tonight to use the gym and all equipment is moved into the concierge room, which is located in this tight shoebox of a room in the LOBBY with a folding wicker barrier as your privacy. 1 treadmill, 1 bike and one other machine. Compared to their luxury style 10 elliptical, full free weight selection, cables, 5 treadmills, medicine balls etc, The pool was under renovation for half the time I was here Hallways to room smelled like stale cigarettes Room did regulate temperature....

"Several of the pools ended up being closed due to being very dirty breakfast area always overcrowded rooms were pretty nice, but bedrooms are at the front of the room. All you heard was door, slamming people talking even up till midnight."

"The pool was nice but no one was there togive towels or keep the floors and elevators clean. This left a damp smell everywhere. Even the lobby chairs were soaking wet. I made the mistake of sitting in one. My entire rear end was wet for hours. No place to change. Checkin took hours."

"No balcony (was told against HOA) however, other rooms had a balcony and a sliding door. The unit we had was just a tall window. No fresh air and we could see the pool and the people sitting right in front of the window. It was very awkward, and not what we expected when you pay for an ocean view. Also, there was no closet space. "

"Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly.
