This is my first time booking with Westgate. The staffs were very accommodating, professional, and were easy to contact. Nice and easy walk to the beach and all the hotel amenities. Hotel provided beach chairs, life jackets and floats for the pool. I do not like that they are no housekeeping to clean the rooms and change the sheets on the beds. Overall it was a great experience.

Very Clean! updated and located near lots of restaurants and shops. Amusement park right across the street. Boardwalk and broadway maybe 10 minute drive. Pools are clean and heated. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. I’m usually pretty picky when it comes to hotels and this one was very nice for the price!

Everyone was SO INCREDIBLY NICE!! We loved our stay! Teresa at the front desk, Molly, Kevin at Drafts, and Miguel at the outside bar.. amazing humans! They made our stay so great! They gave so many recommendations on places to go and things to see. I loved staying here. Only con; our neighbor was definitely smoking the Mary Jane and it was POTENT. We don’t really care but it was strong, strong. That’s the only con, though, so pretty great!

I enjoyed the coastal view and balcony experiences. Didn't necessarily like that 2 bedroom suite was not all encompassing. Two single bedroom suites were joined together through connecting doors. Felt somewhat isolated from my dad. But overall, nice experience. Oh one other thing, it would have been nice to have detergent available for washing machines.

Overall I loved my stay. There was a rude man that was working he coconut Willy’s . He made some rude comments under his breath that I heard. The check out time is too early. Unfortunately some things around hotel are closed this time of year. I would definitely recommend this establishment!
