An okay hotel overall. Condition is average, overall cleanliness is okay, breakfast was fine. But our bathroom had not been adequately cleaned, and the ocean view room was really just a partial view with a tiny, tiny balcony. The staff were friendly and efficient, and parking was easy across the street in a parking deck.

Great Fall Getaway

We had a great fall get away at The Strand. Our room was clean and comfy. Breakfast had great hot options as well as yogurt & fruit. The small hotel bar was friendly and convenient for a night cap. The heated pool and large hot tub were great on a cooler day and the beach was clean and beautiful.

Hotel is nice, lots of amenities, nice breakfast, customer service was good. Hotel has aged so the architecture isn’t modern but doable. Definitely would stay again. Plus you have free access to their sister property at Breakers Resort which is more suitable for families with kids.
