"The apartment was nice enough. It was clean and quiet. Staff was available when I had questions. However, the furniture, particularly the sofa and mattresses were not very nice at all. The master bedroom mattress had remnants of being a firm bed at one time but as since broken down and is incredibly lumpy and unsupportive. Woke up sore every morning. "Some spaces look like they could use touchup and rehab but overall a cute little boutique hotel. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Love the coffee in the morning another nice touch would be maybe some pastries or muffins something simple to grab and go. The biggest complaint is we were on the second floor on the right side and faced the parking garage and the blinds did not block out the lights. And the noise. I don’t know if people are just loud or the door slam shut but at 3 AM midnight...

"A charming hotel in a great area of Chicago! We wanted something further out from downtown with more of a neighborhood feel couldn’t have been happier with Bucktown/Wicker Park and The Robey. From check in to check out, it was the most pleasant experience. It was 90+ degrees in Chicago during our stay and the rooftop pool was a lifesaver.
