"I stayed during my birthday the staff was nothing but wonderful my room was clean I requested a early check in and I was able to get a room on the top floor which had good views the stuff was so helpful when my flight got canceled and I needed to stay an extra night due to issues with TSA I would definitely stay there again when I am visiting New York"

"The property is great and the staff are very friendly and accomdating! The rooms and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. Right outside the property were good places to eat within short walking distance, and the subway was close. I had an excellent experience here while I visited new york."

"Perfect location in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn. Definitely will be our go to when attending events at the Barclays. Only issue I had was parking. Parking was close to the hotel but the fee is expensive! Perhaps the Hotel can partner with the parking facility and offer guess a discounted rate. Other than that, no issue. "

"Rooms were very clean,Staff was excellent and very attentive to all our needs. I had an elderly dementia mother and they were very accommodating to her needs to make sure she was taking care of and if she needed anything Breakfast staff was excellent the food was very good and a nice variety of breakfast choices the kitchen was great I appreciated the blood oranges bc you can’t find them anywhere love them "
