"Hôtel parfait, très bien situé Un hôtel vraiment impeccable : très propre, super bien situé avec une vue incroyable sur l’Opéra de Madrid. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très professionnel et chaleureux. Les vinyles dans la chambre sont une super idée – ils créent une ambiance douce et agréable en soirée, un vrai plus ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Petit bémol : la piscine est vraiment trop petite, mais à part ça, tout était parfait."

"The accommodations were simple but very clean. Everything necessary was provided, including shampoo, shower gel, face wipes, water, coffee, tea, and a refrigerator. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only downside is the location; cars cannot pull up in front of the building. Maneuvering luggage was a challenge on arrival, but on departure, the taxi they called helped with the luggage."

"Excellent small boutique hotel. Perfectly tucked away behind Gran Via so nice and quiet. Rooms were good size but on the smaller side however Excellent rates. Mini bar, fridge, desk and decent size bathroom. Staff made the place so comfortable. "

"Great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with plenty of room. Very clean, great air conditioning, and before we arrived the property was quick to reply to questions via email. Easy walk to nearby sites and dining. Only negative is for us the dining room chairs were not comfortable."
