"The front desk staff were super responsive, helped arrange transport to the airport. The continental breakfast was very nice and the expresso coffees were great. The terrace restaurant was nice for dinner overlooking the ocean. Used the gym downstairs once, big gym lots of good equipment but a little dirty around the floors which was not to my standards for a gym. Did not use the indoor pool but it looked amazing. "

"Room was impeccable and quiet (facing an inner courtyard). View could have been prettier facing the main plaza, but it would probably have been noisier. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and very good, with many options. Location cannot be beat. Easy access to the train and activities in Naples."

"Beautiful hotel - old charm and very grand! They have lovely sitting room and furniture all through that is beautiful. Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us.
