"Broadway Plaza was the perfect place for my first visit to NYC. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice, clean, and had plenty of space. The view was a huge plus! The location was great with easy access to everything and we were able to see so much during our stay. There are also some excellent restaurants within close proximity. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I’m fortunate enough to visit NYC in the future!"

"I recently stayed at MADE and, while I could have requested a refund at several points, it eventually felt more exhausting than it was worth. I chose to stay because the staff was genuinely kind, accommodating, and professional throughout my visit. Their customer service is the main reason I gave the hotel another chance. "Hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff extremely helpful. The location was very central. All in all I was very satisfied with my stay. The room had two double beds as expected and a clean and modern bathroom. Some noise coming from outside occasionally but thats NYC. There was a small resturant area that served breakfast at an additional cost. Check out was 11am we were able to check out at 12 for no extra cost. 1 dollar fee per bag for storage. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
