"Jazmine was amazing! She took care of me with the upmost respect she was polite, kind, friendly and respectful. She really showed me amazing hospitality- unlike any other I received. This hotel has everything even yoga. I was accommodated with a crib for my baby. She truly went above and beyond especially allowing early check in. I felt truly honored to be there because of the special treatment. I will def return. This manager Jazmine was the best and highlight of my trip . Super cool. "

"The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Central location and easy access to public transportation. Love the rooftop terrace with 24hrs access with self-service coffee and tea. Water machine on each floor. Laundry machine is an added bonus. Highly recommended."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "It’s perfect for someone just needing a place to sleep. We intended to spend all day and evening exploring NY and coming back just to sleep. It’s clean and we had quiet neighbors but I can see how having one loud neighbor could be horrible because the walls are thin. But 10/10 we plan to stay again!"

"The room and the staff were phenomenal. Location is amazing. Downside: the elevators. Waiting for elevators sometimes was a 10 minute affair. Overall? Worth it."
