"I have been stayed in this hotel many times. The room is clean, the location is very good, convenient and safe. I found there is short of staff when I check in this time, waiting for 30 minutes. the breakfast is quite good. there are plenty of free parking space."

After a very long drive checking in at 9pm was not a pleasant experience. I’m not expecting superior service but the guy checking me in hated being there and hated me even more. Not good customer service. Room itself was fairly clean but I highly doubt our bed linens were clean. The beds were awful. Spring mattresses that alerted everyone in the room when you turned on your side! Continental bfast was decent but it’s such a busy location you have to get in early. Overall I give it a 3 star at best and that’s pushing it, "
