"I have stayed at this hotel twice now, for work trips. Both times I was greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism. On my second trip, I had to leave before 6am to get to the Bay Area for a meeting, and the lovely ladies that were working that morning were kind enough to let me grab a quick bite to go from the buffet that was all set up, but not technically open until 6am. And they asked if I were happy with all aspects of my stay as well! Great job! Keep it up!!"

"Check in was awesome. Debe was so personable and welcoming. The lobby area is beautiful and spacious. The room was excellent. Clean and looks new. Lots of outlets which at some hotels is not the case. Refrigerator worked well. We stopped by the bar after our return to hotel and found the bartender who has worked there 20 years to be so personable. Hotel was quiet. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Sacramento. "
