"They closed all access to the parking after midnight and i had to go around the midvalley for numerous times just to find the entrance to the parking. When i asked the security, they pointed to Gate 2 but it was closed as well. After several rounds, went and see the security at the lobby again and he said it is open without even checking it. Had to argue for some time before he finally reached out to mall security to help and open the gate. Please improve. "

"Room is efficiently laid out. Breakfast buffet is good. Egg station starts only at 8am. Separate toilet, sink and shower is great idea. Bidet, too. Only problem is the toilet glass not sound proof so if you flush toilet in middle of the night, it is very loud. Soft and firm pillows provided. Charging and USB points at each side of the bed. Additional socket on desk. Hot water flask, hair dryer, safe, fridge, hangars."

"The rooms without windows have serious mould issues, and the hotel management doesn't seem to care about it. When you checked in, you can the rooms' doors are hold opened with chair for air ventilation. We have to request to change the room cos the condition of the rooms' really not livable. Overall, its a hotel that looks good from outside, but uncomfortable from inside. Won't go back again. "
