"Lots of college age kids but clean room just lots of resort fees and wifi charges"

"Check in was quick, staff mostly helpful, room large clean and modern with large bathroom, we did pay extra to upgrade to a suite. Hotel had plenty of amenities and we enjoyed the happy hour in guy fieris bar which was good value for money compared to a lot of other bars in vegas. Excellent location right in the strip and linq promenade "

"This was by far the worst hotel experience on the Strip. The room was extremely dirty and had a strong smell of marijuana. The walls were visibly stained and covered in grime, which made the space feel very unclean. There also appeared to be a serious lack of security. We saw multiple homeless individuals throughout the property, including one sleeping in the hallway near our room. Staff were notified but seemed unconcerned. The following night, around 3 a.m., we encountered another individual sleeping in the parking garage near the elevators, which was very unsettling. I tried contacting the front desk several times, but no one answered. Eventually, I informed two maintenance workers, who then called security on their radios. It was concerning how difficult it was to get assistance. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and security made this stay feel unsafe—especially for families with children. This property really needs to improve its standards."

"The room was clean and spacious. Also, very convenient if you are going to any concert in the Sphere."

"I had The worst experience at this hotel! First they gave the rooms we paid extra for to other guests so we had to switch rooms, then when we switched rooms my shower drain had a rust colored substance coming up through it (probably puke) I brought pictures to the front desk and they offered to move me again, but I was there for 3 days I didnt want to keep moving so they said they’d send someone to check it out, no one came. The staff seemed annoyed at my first check in, the rooms were not updated like the pictures and it was overall a bad experience. I know It’s middle of the strip, but check out Excalibur and get a 3 day bus pass if you don’t want to walk. "
