"I gave communication an average score because I was very disappointed that a week prior to check-in they sent me an email to say they were bumping us from our 1 bedroom apartment to a studio because of overbooking. I had booked it 8 months prior. After communications, we got our 1 bedroom apartment. It was disaapointing to have to have those communications. Once there, it was fantastic .. location brilliant, quiet, friendly staff - Mo and Iva on the desk were great. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay...

"The perfect location in central London - close to absolutely everything, multiple tube lines to choose from, you can hear the bells of St Paul's, bustling pubs, great restaurants. So good. The only issue with the apartment is the full size bed. I missed that part in the description and it is small for 2 people and we are not big people. It would be unbearable for 2 plus sized individuals. The shower would probably be problematic as well."

"Absolutely fantastic aparthotel. Plenty space, staff extremely helpful and are able to look after your bags after check out. Plenty amenities in hotel, small but practical gym, laundry room. In the room there's all the items you need to cook if you want to, toiletries in the hotel are good quality also so no need to bring your own. Wee cafe down the stairs, fair prices and good food!
