"We only stayed for the night and had to be up early for a flight the next day, however, our stay was wonderful. The shower was amazing, and the view from the balcony was lovely. We stayed for our anniversary, and reception helped us celebrate with a couple of glasses of champagne. The bed was comfortable and we need to know about the pillows because we need our own!"

"Stayed at Pan Pacific from 20-22 March 2026 for a birthday celebration in the Devonshire suite which was a beautiful, spacious room with great features including the record player. The spa was a delight and the ambiance was up there with the best spa day experiences i have had. Great location next to spitalfield and Petticoat lane markets. Also,Brick Lane was a great mix of vintage, asian influence. Worth noting, the windows in the room are a great feature however they were extremely dirty...

"We stayed in a large studio and were really impressed with the size compared to a lot of other properties in London. Very clean with everything you need (apart from decaf coffee!) We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. Would definitely stay again."

"Room is clean and comfortable but doesn’t have a view and too close to the adjacent building to open the curtains. It also doesn’t have body lotion. In the morning it got quite noisy with the sound of neighbouring doors opening and closing so sleep felt disturbed."

"Room was not serviced the entire 3 days of my stay. I needed to call down for towels and they were just dropped but old ones were not picked up. The shower leaked a significant amount so towels were being used to wipe up the leak. Garbages were never changed. "

Get a reservation at nearby Bouchon Racine for a fancy French meal while you are here. About a 30-40 min walk to main attractions like Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, but the advantage is that you get to stay out of the large tourist crowds. "

Only issue was the air con unit was difficult to turn off from the panel and soon realised there was a light switch by the bathroom (weird wiring) that turned it all off as the room was very cold to start with.
