"We stayed in a large studio and were really impressed with the size compared to a lot of other properties in London. Very clean with everything you need (apart from decaf coffee!) We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel apartment was nice and in a good location 6min walk to the station or a 1 min walk to the ferry. The rooms are on the small side as not much room to store bags. This could be fixed if the lamp and small table removed as not need and just get in the way. This is where you could put suitcases. The thing i like was the moment something wasnt working properly it was fixed the same day or next. Would definitely stay here again"

"A perfect stay. Ideal location, the rooms were absolutely spotless with a very comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and kindly upgraded our stay whilst celebrating an anniversary and left us treats. I could not recommend this place enough. "

"Probably OK if you don't mind being sealed in your room and the apartment is well appointed and clean but the street outside is very noisy with late night drinking on the street until the early hours. "

"Clean, cozy, with olde English charm. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Quiet at night. The soaking bath was fabulous and luxurious. Get a reservation at nearby Bouchon Racine for a fancy French meal while you are here. About a 30-40 min walk to main attractions like Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, but the advantage is that you get to stay out of the large tourist crowds. "

"Les chambres sont agréables et le petit déjeuner très bons. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est super pour découvrir la ville avec facilité. Un bémol, le personnel a oublié de nous informer sur le fait que les chambres ne sont pas faites systématiquement, il faut en faire la demande spécifique. "

"Das Brot zum Frühstück und für die Sandwiches war zu trocken. Anderes Brot wäre besser, ansonsten war es sehr lecker und es gab eine ausreichende Auswahl. "
