"Service at the hotel needs overhaul. Just a few items to note. Upon check in, front desk staff very unfriendly. Went to the roof top pool. One of the umbrellas flew out of the stand due to wind and almost took out my wife. Had to run over to her and help then tried to put the umbrella back in the stand. Pool staff just looking behind the bar. Guy came over and helped me secure it back in. Got up next day to get coffee downstairs. No coffee to be found. Sign at front desk stated staff...

"I've come here a handful of times, usually bringing my son for a late August trip. This visit was to celebrate his high school graduation, so earlier - end of May. I reserved an executive suite and was quite disappointed at how dated and worn the room was. It was depressing. The worst was a pillow had several long hairs on it, leaking tub faucet, a dead moth-type bug in the bathroom (it's Florida) and ants in the bathroom and bedroom. When I woke up to an ant on my arm, I freaked out thinking...
