"My girlfriend and I absolutely love the Kimpton not only were the staff so kind so knowledgeable so friendly they made sure they knew our names. They took care of us with all the happy hours and our early check-in. I’ve never been so impressed with the staff and had such a five star five smiling experience. I highly recommend this hotel. It is so close to all of the beautiful beaches and all of the great restaurants and it also has a characteristic flare to their art deco, but Modern architecture. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to have a beautiful weekend with their lover in Fort Lauderdale"

"Everything was great. We only had an issue of the water leakage from the shower which created a puddle onto the bathroom floor. Also, I don't understand why the fire alarms are always blinking while you're trying to sleep. Do they not change the batteries??? Other than that, the property was clean and the customer service was top tier."

"Diana at the front desk is the only bright spot who can be mentioned from this terrible facility. Hotels.com had a room listed as one king bed plus 2 double beds. The hotel does not have a room with 3 beds. So we were given a room with 2 double beds only. Diana was wonderful in helping us out. But I can’t say anything else good about this bad hotel. The only coffee in the hotel is at a very, very bad (and excruciatingly slow and expensive) “Starbucks” that is only opened at breakfast. After that you can’t get coffee until the next day. Our hotel room was not cleaned and, evidently, the person who was supposed to clean our room had no idea how to make up the bed. Make sure you have plenty of small bills in your wallet because there is no way to get change for even a 20 dollar bill in the entire hotel because the front desk doesn’t have any cash and the valet stand is the only cash option. But they didn’t have any cash either. So you’re out of luck. If dinner is what you want then there is only One kitchen at the hotel. So you can watch your food being carted across the hotel lobby. However, the food isn’t covered. I guess Covid information hasn’t yet reached this “establishment”. Please don’t waste your money staying at this hotel. This is the worst hotel (?) we’ve stayed at in many, many years. There are other hotels in the area that are cleaner, nicer and worth your money."
