Hotel di Pusat Bandar Air Terjun Niagara

"Very poor service, we are not going to stay at this hotel in the future."

"Great location for the falls. Plus we had a corner room facing the river. Awesome."

"The r"

"I knew that this was an older hotel but still chose it for the location and hoped for charm. We were pleasantly surprised! We got a corner room with lots of windows, nice comfy bed with white, washable linens which is my favorite (no bedspread). Room was large with a comfortable chair and ottoman. Bathroom was especially large. The building is dated, but we found it clean and well-maintained. We could see the mist from the falls and the nightly fireworks easily from our room, but we also...

"Room was definitely not worth what we paid a night. Part of the wall was laying on the floor, bed was very uncomfortable, fan in bathroom did not work, and it was definitely not a suite. It was a room with a half room added. Oh and the refrigerator was not cold at all!!! For that amount you would think there was a jacuzzi tub but there was not any amenities at all!!! Will not stay there again."

"Dirty mold around the bathtubs, breakfast was reheated food from days before"

"The breakfast was very disappointing. The stay is decent. The prerty definitely needs updates"

"Don’t trust the pictures… the hotel was not what we had expected as it wasn’t maintained well and was severely understaffed. Room was not available at check in time, had a musty smell, and no hair dryer. Only one staff member was truly helpful"

"Very good"

"Black mold in the grout lines in the shower/tub. No electric outlets that worked by the headboard to plug my CPAP machine in. The carpet felt slimy and sticky. The drain in the bathroom sink didn’t work correctly. Parking is limited and hard get into. Office personnel couldn’t talk or understand English upon checking out."

"The Butler House was very homey, clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location for seeing the falls was excellent. We were able to walk to all tourist locations both in the US and Canada. Both mornings breakfast was delicious and filling. We highly recommend!"

"Everything was good"
