Awesome location to visit the falls from. We walked to the falls from our hotel with our small children and had an awesome time. Room was very nice and clean. Property is well taken care of and the pool was perfect for our two young boys.

WORST STAFF POSSIBLE. Rude, not helpful, short answers, unfriendly. I couldn’t believe how much they hate their job. I was also very unhappy that the rate changed on me when I reduced the amount of nights I was staying there. The rate went up by a lot, and I was very unhappy about that. Hotel itself is descent and good location with great parking. Breakfast was descent.

We booked online, pre-paid for the room. We specifically stayed at this hotel as it stated it was pet friendly. We stayed one night. Only once we got home was there a charge on our credit card directly through the hotel for $81USD ($112 CAD) which we did not recognize. I phoned and they stated that it was the charge for the pet fee for one night. I stated I was not told when we arrived that there was a fee, nor did we get a receipt by email. The individual on the phone also stated that's why they have us sign a form when we come. I stated we didn't sign anything when we arrived and it was never asked. It is not on the site either. I also shared with them that it seems a little outrageous to charge more than half the room rate for a pet fee in a pet friendly hotel. In Canada, there CAN be a $5 or up to $25 charge but mostly it is free. Expensive lesson to learn travelling with our 4lb Yorkie. Lesson learned and will now know to ask over the phone in advance.
