We fell for the reasonable room rate and the fore mentioned positive reviews. I have no idea who is giving this place an 8?!?! After an inital room change because of conditions, there were still multiple complaints including cigarette and weed smoking that traveled through the hallways and rooms even! "Breakfast was a good variety. Room was clean although shower heads and stall needs to be cleaned better for soap scum build up. Good parking. Staff friendly and helpful."

"The staff was super nice! Made fresh popcorn on the spot for my boys! The hotel is updated as well as the rooms, clean, neat. They offer coffee and cold drinks throughout the day! Would highly recommend and anytime I need to travel to Buffalo, this will be my go to. "
