"The best hotel in this older area, an oasis. Close to the metro. Good kitchen, friendly staff. Large rooms, with accommodating housekeeping staff. For secure Wifi, they don't officially support VPN, so an obfuscated VPN server must be used. Comfortable place for long stays. "
