"Room was always cleaned everyday. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Breakfast was so tasty with so many options in Indian, Asian and European dishes. My favorite was the spa with India treat massage and foot massage. I enjoyed my chai and chilli cheese toast at Mister Chai cafe!! So nice and comfortable rooms with comfortable beds and showers!"

"Location very good, shower very good, wifi very good, breakfast very good. Very Big minus points : very VERY noisy, we can hear the next door guys caughing :( so then anything else they do, laugh, speak on the phone, right into your room, makes it very very hard to sleep. Second big minus point, beds are very VERY bad. Just like a plank of wood and a piece of sheet (pun intended) on it. Very painful for your back. "We stayed here for two nights. A nice upscale feeling hotel, the room was a tad bit small from what we expected for the price. The staff were helpful, the concierge, security and the restaurant servers were all super nice and polite. Strangely, all the staff at the reception felt a bit smug for some reason, not the friendliest of bunch for sure. While I didn't mind the hotel, I wouldn't go back to this one if I ever have to be in New Delhi again."
