"Room was always cleaned everyday. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Breakfast was so tasty with so many options in Indian, Asian and European dishes. My favorite was the spa with India treat massage and foot massage. I enjoyed my chai and chilli cheese toast at Mister Chai cafe!! So nice and comfortable rooms with comfortable beds and showers!"

Very Big minus points : very VERY noisy, we can hear the next door guys caughing :( so then anything else they do, laugh, speak on the phone, right into your room, makes it very very hard to sleep. "Original room’s AC barely cooled , the temperature stayed at 23.5 degrees Celsius . After repeatedly complaining and getting the AC inspected they moved us to another room where the temperature would not fall below 22 degrees Celsius. Not a happy experience at this hotel . Will not return !!!! Period "

"We stayed here for two nights. A nice upscale feeling hotel, the room was a tad bit small from what we expected for the price. The staff were helpful, the concierge, security and the restaurant servers were all super nice and polite. Strangely, all the staff at the reception felt a bit smug for some reason, not the friendliest of bunch for sure. While I didn't mind the hotel, I wouldn't go back to this one if I ever have to be in New Delhi again."

"Overall the stay was quite poor. Asked for an airport pick up and they never replied. Asked for some help to book a trip and reception said I need to talk activities guy who was never there. Omelette guy had never cooked an omelette, cooked on one side and raw on the other, before that it took him 10 min to get the pans working. Had problems with wifi and IT guy never came to my room. The only good thing about this place was the espresso."
