Pura Gaduh

Our stay at The Lovina was awesome! From the attentiveness of the staff to the cleanliness of the grounds and the room everything 5 stars. We loved our spa day and felt so pampered and relaxed.

The suite we booked is the same we stayed in 5years ago. Unfortunately the hotel has not been updated in that time. Our room had been stripped of most things including soft furnishings and decorating vases/ornamental items, empty shelves everywhere. The lounge chair was worn-out. We found staff struggled to communicate and had little or no knowledge on drinks or availability of products. Breakfast was basic, we ordered different items and found the food average at best. We felt most staff customer service was low and interaction was not aniciated freely. Considering the cost of room's we would not book again in comparison to other hotels we stayed in this holiday.
