"Everything was amazing, and I really liked the location: away from busy downtown, free shuttle to local hotspot, and more. Beautiful rooms, amenities, and other resort offerings. Customer service was great as well, except the room service. Took an hour for coffee and had to call 3 times just for plates and silverware. "

Only concerns we had (but did not affect our stay): 1) When we got breakfast with 5 ppl vs 4 ppl, one person’s meal was always forgotten and they had to wait an extra 10-15 min to get their food; 2) My family prefers breakfast buffets, but I loved their breakfast menu"

"This was a long overdue review. My family and I stayed at Ohana for a weekend and my family booked 4 diff rooms in April this year. This place is a definitely a hidden gem! Loved the ambiance of the place. Clean rooms, great quality service and friendliest staff they are the best! "Just an amazing quiet hotel a little away from the sizzling noise of the city. Food and service was excellent and maybe some of the best cocktails we had in all the Philippines. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable and because of the layout of the hotel all rooms are very close to the pool.
