"Beautiful hotel inside and out in walking distance to a beautiful beach. The resort has it’s own swimming pool and lounging area. A free breakfast buffet and free airport shuttle was nice. Wonderful staff. Spacious room. There’s a upscaled restaurant on the premises called “Envy” that serves excellent meals. I would definitely stay here again."

"Overall it was a good stay at the Paradiso. The main draw back was the front desk and their service, which did not match the rest of the hotel. Food centers, porters, massage workers all had great service and went above and beyond. Did notice a few days into our stay that out sliding door was not properly attached to the wall which would explain the bugs getting in. Airport shuttle was convenient and easy to schedule."

"Huge resort, huge lobby area and many chairs and couches available for guests to enjoy and relax. Building is very old, corridors are dark during the day but better at night because the lights are turned on. Our room number was 1560 which was few hundred meters away and from the reception. My wife and I enjoy walking however for those unable to walk it’s a very long distance. Breakfast area is in chaos, there’s a line around egg station and food area. They place salads in a bowl and put them directly onto a cold plate therefore salads at the bottom of the bowl freezes. In my opinion this resort is outdated, not maintained and managed well at all and star rating should be reviewed and certainly doesn’t deserve the 5* rating given to this resort. It is 4* at best in my opinion."

"A lovely hotel, a great place to stay whether you’re old or young. Staff are amazing especially Nader who cleaned our room daily to prestine standards. We will be back for sure. Food in the restaurants absolutely delicious and so much choice."

"The hotel is definitely a good option if you are looking for a hotel near the airport (only 30min away). It is a huge complex and it’s amazing to see how well it is managed. Staff was excellent although it don’t start well. In an American hotel chain I was told that they don’t have too many king size beds. Then I was told I’ve been upgraded to a larger room. Upon entering the room it was the same situation which I experience more frequently around the world. A room with facilities for handicapped guests is being presented as an ‚upgrade with more space‘. It was sorted out afterwards but it becomes more a nuisance that I have to mention it explicitly at checkin every time."
