"Hotel centrally located; staff quite nice and helpful, except for one thing. Stayed on 11th floor and every morning staff began moving equipment before 6 am. Was there for 3 nights, spoke to staff the second day and there was no moving on the 3rd morning but they "forgot" and made alot of noise again the following morning. Staff provided significant price reduction after we spoke with them when checking out. But still...how has the idea that this is a bad daily practice not occurred to management?"

"The property is conveniently located. Rooms and hotel are well maintained. Staff was courteous. Check in was long and a bit difficult. We parked our car and they gave us the correct direction off site, but the name of the vendor changed so it made the process difficult."
