"Pros: location across from the beach, nice pool on site, location relative to some bars and the marina area, wristband door keys. Maintence was very quick to fix our shower! Cons: location is far from the "popular" shops and restaurants, remodeled but still very cheap feeling, water to shower and facet gets so hot it would blister a child in seconds, pool chairs for use with this reservation are located at a seperate location which would be a 20 minute walk on the beach or hopping on the trolley...

"Clean room, excellent staff, perfect for beach which is straight across the road. Rooms are small especially if you are travelling with kids but are perfectly ok for couples. Breakfast is a limited buffet but a nice option to grab and go. Would recommend on the whole"

"Could use some minor improvements. Safe, Real Keurig machine, shower handle operation decent , shower and sink not super clean. Microwave would be great. "

"Parking was very crowded and close. The room had a window in the entry door that wasn’t covered properly for privacy and let in light all night. The couch was dirty and the large rug was filthy. The bathroom was nice. The bed was good, and the refrigerator worked well. However, you had to go to another location for check in. If they cleaned properly and covered the window in the door it would be fine."

The property had a nice pool, and it was in a quiet area. The downside was that the room had a tiny bathroom. The sink was so small that the floor was soaked just from my washing my face. "Mimosa was across the street, but only about a minute walk so no beach view. The beach was absolutely beautiful and easily accessible with lots of chairs as promised. It is more of an Airbnb vibe. It is quaint and on the quieter end of the beach. Very few amenities. Service was great but guests must ask for certain things like trash removal and clean towels. "

"The first floor, under our room #13 was under renovation. Lots of noise including on Saturday April 4. The hallway in front of our room was very dirty; it had stains from food spills that could have been easily cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen in our suite were old, from the 80's or 70's. Very disappointing experience for almost $1,000 / night. "
