"We had little nats and little spiders in our room. We told the front desk and he said someone would come to our room but no one did. He also said he was doing a credit to our room but nothing ever came off. Very disappointed in the staff."

"The staff was amazing and nice. The property looks prettier in pictures. The rooms were really run down, did not have iron and ironing board, had to request and they have limited office hours, so glad we caught that early enough. The kitchenette did not have a working stove top and we had plans to make dinner, bought food and couldn’t cook. Had to wait till the next day to get a h plug in hot plate which ruined our plans and cooked the next day to keep food from being wasted as it was fresh...

"Absolutely charming!! So perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay. I already booked another stay before I left and have told all my family about it. It’s better than any chain. Amazing breakfast. Rocking chairs everywhere. Butterfly garden is so sweet. And pool is nice. It’s a boutique/historic hotel and so perfect. We traveled to Tampa and back and forth to St Pete Beach and Pass-a-grille (only 12 min away) and the travel was easy."

"This is an old hotel so the bathrooms are tiny but adequate. The building though old is charming. The breakfast is substantial and reasonable. Great location to Beach Drive - easy walk. Staff were consistently pleasant."

"The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was cleaned by the time we returned in the afternoon. I really appreciated that they put us in the quietest area of the hotel. The one thing I may have missed when booking is that the hotel uses window units. This is a personal issue of mine, as I deal with allergies, and air blowing on me at night can be problematic. The bathroom is a bit small for someone of my size, but for a few days, I overlooked it because I felt the space was charming overall. "

"Scary. Came back from dinner and 4 sheriff cars and county lady. First night neighbor had various companions all night, continued traffic. Scary traveling with my 8 year old grandson and elderly sister. Felt we were part of “Cops” episode. "

"My toddler and I had a great stay at the Chart House Hotel. The pool and outdoor area was really nice and well-maintained, and the entire property was very clean. The staff stood out as especially friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and Pier 60 and a 30 minute drive to Tampa International Airport, which made travel easy.
