"Great hotel."

"It was close to most the local food and beach. If you are a light sleeper the walls are kind of thin. Nothing wrong with the property but the people next to us let their child scream and yell most of the time they were there, until late at night. But that's my only complaint. The inn keeper was nice and suggested local food places that were nice and things to check out locally."

"This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. It was excellent in every way. The rooms and all common areas were spotless. In fact, it was the cleanest and most organized hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Everything was well maintained, making the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay."

"The hotel was being renovated on the first floor. Very poor signage for where to enter hotel. Staff was confused with every question. The lady cooking couldn't speak english and the food was cold. Very little fruit and no pastry of any kind. Not what I would have expected for a Hyatt."

"My expectations were high with this hotel, but the first room that we got had a very rare noise in the AC and inside the hotel there was a strong smell. The pool area is very small, nothing to do with what you see in the photos. There are definitely better hotels in the area"

"If you book through this app just make sure that you are aware of what the total cost will be.The app stated that all I would have to pay at the property was one price but upon arrival it was different.Other than that every trip I take will be booked through the app because it made everything so easy"

"The room smelt like mildew there was obviously a plumbing problem by the sink. The floor was soft, and the vinyl planking was raised."

"We stayed 3 nights in Club level where the offerings were excellent. The staff were extremely helpful in the whole resort. The beach club was also excellent"

"Great and cozy stay for our family of four. We enjoyed the beach cart, chairs and umbrella all to use for free to take to the beach."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The problem we had was that the resort had 7 buildings and one pool. So unless you got there early you were forced to go to the beach. Also the lounge chairs at the pool were on top of each other with other people right next to you so there was no privacy. The lounge chairs on the beach were also very close to each other. This was a get away vacation for my wife and I and didn't appreciate spending it next to other quests."

"The rooms were extremely clean nice and quiet I wish there were more restaurants close by if you don’t have a vehicle but that has nothing to do with the hotel. We didn’t get to use the pool there was some maintenance going on. But the Staff was very helpful and polite it was our first time staying there but we will definitely stay there again."
