"I loved the location, the amenities, and the entire room. Immediately walking into the resort, I felt like I was at home. The room had everything we needed, from beach towels to beach chairs and umbrellas, even a coffee maker and refrigerator. The tub and shower were phenomenal. The location is walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants and desert options. The beach is mere yards away."

"Great location, great staff! Walk out your room to the beach! Two lounge chairs and an umbrella right off the deck. Ocean is maybe 15 yards away. Only down side is no microwave. Publix is close and the fridge was perfect size for storing snacks and drinks."

Biggest drawback for this particular room is that the lights outside the room keep the room lit up like daytime even in the dead of night. There are no blockout shades. "We stayed for three nights in the Violet room and it was delightful. This place isn’t “fancy” in the modern materialistic sense, but the staff were wonderful, its clean and well maintained for being right on the beach, super quiet, convenient to everything, and best of all, the beachfront is unmatched in its beauty and accessibility. We visited Bean Point and Coquina Beach, and found that the beachfront right out our door at Cedar Cove is as good as it gets! Highly recommend :)"

"Company owns several properties . Only one employee to answer phones for the whole system Could never reach anybody all day by calling Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described . No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return . Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer ."

"The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot."

"Absolutely terrible experience. Our Father’s Day weekend was completely ruined. Upon checking in, we immediately noticed the AC in our room wasn’t working. After reporting the issue, we waited over four hours before being provided with a portable AC unit. Unfortunately, the unit was incredibly loud, making it nearly impossible to sleep. "The resort is very clean and well situated. The pool is somewhat small for the amount of guests and very cloudy. The biggest issue is the scheme about the cost of beach chairs/umbrella. While two chairs are advertised as “complimentary” - an umbrella is NOT. No one could sit out in the hot Florida sun without an umbrella and the resort won’t allow you to use your own, so you’re forced to pay $45 per day for an umbrella. "We arrived to a nice cold clean room. The staff instantly let us know if there was anything we needed to let them know, which I thought it was very welcoming. Every day our room remained clean thanks to their cleaning staff. We would definitely book with them again."

"Overall the property was neatly kept. Some of the carpets and furnishings were slightly worn, but clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, always hot, and kept full despite a traveling kids soccer team eating their fill."

"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."
