Hotel Dekat Puente del Rey

"This is a boutique hotel that is finding its footing. The room was nicely decorated and the bed comfortable. We were surprised that in such a clearly-trying-to-be-nice place the shower grout was unevenly cleaned. There were no luggage racks to be found and one had to intuit that the front desk had irons. The pool is really nice, though the bar is strangely removed from it and there is no service so you have to leave all your things and walk to it. The view is amazing from the pool!"

"Well the hotel was good but the workers at the restaurant they wasn’t so nice they wanted to force me to eat or I can not have drinks at the restaurant that is not okay because I’m coming from New York and here we drink first and then we eat after we think is the right time that was my concern specifically when we are on vacation that was one of the things I didn’t like about the place if you don’t order food at the restaurant you can not have drinks FD that is not right when you spending money"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Having an on-site parking lot was also a huge plus and made our stay even more convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone...

"Charming , sophisticated gem in Madrid. Even under construction the hotel was impeccable. Can’t wait to see it completed. We loved our Top floor terrace with sun loungers and outdoor shower. The staff at breakfast and the staff in the lounge at night bend over backwards to accommodate. Remembering preferences. We stayed 5 days and loved it. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. Lovely hotel!"

I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back! "
